Important Notice:
1. Please provide all necessary information before signing up for membership.
2. Incase vital information like complete mailing address with Pin Code and beneficiary name with date of birth & photographs is not provided to us within 15 working days of registration as Sahara Care House Member, the Health Cover and House Hold Cover would not be provided for the whole period of validity of the Membership.
3. In case complete address and a copy of PAN/TAN information is not provided to us, all incentives and payouts would be held up till such information is made available.
4. Incase any wrong/misleading information is provided by any Member, Sahara Care House would not be responsible for consequences arising thereof. Legal /Disciplinary action may be initiated in such cases as deemed fit.

Terms and Conditions:
1. This offer is valid for limited membership plans of Sahara Care House.
2.This Grey ID can be recharged only for plan c.
3. Individuals can take Guest ID by paying non refundable advance amount of Rs. 500 plus taxes and bank charge if
applicable.
4. Guests gets a temporary ID.
5. Guest will not be entitled for any welcome, kit, payout derived from business opportunity or any other benefit until
he/she pays the entire membership value.
6. In case he/she converts the Grey ID to Paid ID in 30 days then Rs. 500 paid initially to get temporary ID will be forfeited. The IR has to pay the complete Membership charge including taxes and Bank charge, if applicable.
31 days – 60 days – Rs. 500 extra will be charged (this does not include the Rs.500 paid initially) + Membership charge including taxes and Bank charge if applicable.
61 days – 90 days – Rs. 1000 extra will be charged (this does not include the Rs.500 paid initially) + Membership charge including taxes and Bank charge if applicable.
91 days and above – Rs. 2000 extra will be charged (this does not include the Rs.500 paid initially) + Membership charge including taxes and Bank charge if applicable.
7. There will be no privity of contract between the parties and/ or any relationship recognized under the law until Guest
pays the stipulated membership amount.
8. The ID will stand forfeited if the same is not converted into a Paid ID within 9 months from the date of the ID.
9. Company reserves its right to revoke this offer any time without notice.
10. The name will not be changed on this ID under any circumstances.
11. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Gurgaon (Haryana) only.
12. Membership Charges would be paid at Sahara Life Insurance and Additional amount charged due to late recharged would be paid at Sahara Care House.

Joining Process Membership Option D
For Sahara Global Travel Agency you will receive a Username on your E-mail ID entered while joining SCH membership within 24-48hrs from joining. Kindly validate the Username registration mail and then you will receive a password on the same E-mail ID within 1 hour. Within 4 working days, the member will receive a call from Sahara Global to assist him in changing the password and provide basic website navigation knowledge. In case the E-mail ID provided while registering SCH membership under this plan is invalid in that case Sahara Global will call you in 96hrs and the same can be rectified.

5. Guest shall pay the remaining Membership amount within 30 days from the date of joining. No extra charges will be levied.
6. In case he/she converts the Grey ID to Paid ID in 30 days then Rs. 2000/- will be adjusted and balance amount will be payable by the IR:-(except Sahara Sampann and Sahara Life Insurance)
31 days – 60 days – Rs. 2000 paid initially to get temporary ID will be forfeited. The IR has to pay the complete
Membership charge including taxes and Bank charge, if applicable.
61 days – 90 days – Rs. 1000 extra will be charged (this does not include the Rs.2000 paid initially) + Membership
charge including taxes and Bank charge if applicable.
91 days and above – Rs. 2000 extra will be charged (this does not include the Rs.2000 paid initially) + Membership
charge including taxes and Bank charge if applicable.
