Myself Mohit Tyagi Ir No 1938. In the month of August 08 my college friend Shivraj Singh has told me about Sahara Care and their project. At that time I didn’t believes him abut due to friendship I logged an ID on the name of my father Shrddhanand Tyagi age 58 who went gone through Bypass surgery in Oct 2007 (pre existing) and from Dec 09 I start working and till now I formed a team of about 2100 people and earned good money. Unfortunately on 28 July 09 my father was admitted in Apollo Hospital Sarita vihar Delhi for heart compilation followed by Brain Hemorrhage. Though I am healthy I rarely have any health problem but on 2nd October , 2009 at midnight near about 11.00 PM I start having unbearable pain in my stomach due to which I was hospitalized in MATA CHANAN DEVI HOSPITAL, Janak Puri, which is in west Delhi. Hello to all of you, my name is Mahinder Singh. I am from Delhi, I joined Sahara care house on 26 February 2009 on my fathers name S. Anup Singh in which I have taken medical policy. The reason of taking medical policy was that as my father got paralysis attack in 2000 and was taking BP medicine on regular basis. My father age is 57 years due to past health problem no company was covering my father under there medical policy then my good friend Mr. HARVANT SINGH VIRK who was working with Reliance life insurance as a senior sales manager and was also attach with Sahara care house told me about Sahara care house medical policy and finally I took this medical policy to cover future risk.Unfortunatly on 25th September 2009 my father complain of sevior pane in left chest. Dear Sir,

This letter has reference to my personnal exprience and feeling towards sahara care house. Please note that i have become the member of sahara care house by my son boss mr. Parmendra ghanshyamdas agarwal and when my son told me about the membership benefits, i jyotsana kantilal soni, could not beleive myself and afraid to trust to even my son but after repeated assurance by mr. Parmendra agarwal i have become the member of sahara care house.

Please note that after becoming the member i have earned rs.2000/= and in the meantime all of sudden i have to admitted in the hospital due to thee sudden block of my hand vain blockage and doctors have advise to operate me without any further delay. I at the age of 63 could not afford to surgery expenses but thanks to sahara care house i have been operated and submitted my papers for claim to sahara care house on 9th of july 2009 they have recd. The papers and ask me to wait for 30 to 45 dqays to settle the claim still i suspecting wheether my claim would be entertained due to my age as because at this age other mediclaim companies refused to even renew the mediclaim policy. But i was surprised and shocked when sahara people inform me that your mediclaim has been cleared and cheque would be sent you shortly first i could not beleive as because its only 9th day of submission of my documents but when i recd. The cheque for rs. 9251/- dated 17 th of july2009 at that time my foot were not on earth its seems to flying high as at this age of 63 if such type of membership available to senior citizens then nobody would look for help from others as this membership give us the oppurtinity to earn also and membership having such facility is very easy to promote by any body. Once again i thankful to sahara care house and mr. Vikash sharma for his helpfull co-operation any time towards members and request to forward this letter of appreciation to testimonials head.

Dear Rajat,

Myself Manish Lalwani wants to share the experience my family received with SAHARACAREHOUSE. In december2008 one of our close friends Vikas Gulati (IR NO.1058) approached us regarding the membership, though my family was also covered under the policy of ICICI LOMBARD AND ROYAL SUNDERAM from last one and a half year we still became SAHARA CARE HOUSE member because of our friendly terms with Mr.Vikas but at that time we didn't know what benefit we would be getting by taking this membership.

In July 2009 my father SH.JEEWAN LALWANI who was already an heart patient, suffered chest pain and breathlessness, on visiting the doctor and performing engography doctor found more then 90% blockages in all three valves, my father was advised immediate ByPass surgery. On July 24th he was admitted in APOLLO INDRAPRASTHA HOSPITAL and estimate cost of surgery of Rs.2,05,000/- was given to us, in the meantime we approached the TPA's of ICICILOMB and ROYALSUNDERAM as these policies were older then the policy of SAHARA, but the claim from both the previous policies were rejected due to their clauses of not covering pre existing disease up to particular time frame. then we approached SAHARACAREHOUSE for claim approval, there we found customer care staff of SCH very help full, on giving them the required details within three hours we were assured with the initial insurance guarantee of Rs.1,50,000/- and my father was operated by one of the best heart surgeon DR.GANESH K MANI and during the final settlement of the bill with the hospital we received another Rs.50,000/- claim from Sahara Care House.

Sir, This is with regards to my family's trip to Hong kong and Macao organised through Sahara Global. Kindly find below a brief testimonial of my experiences of the trip. I booked my trip to Hong Kong and Macao for my entire family of 9 Passengers. Our trip took us to Hong Kong the first day where we checked into the Panda Hotel in the Kowloon peninsula area. It was an excellent hotel with a shopping mall attached to it. We rested for some time and then were guided by an excellent guide on a private city tour of the Hong Kong City. After touring the major attractions of Hong Kong like Avenue of the stars, Victoria Peak and the Aberdeen Fishing Village etc., we returned to the Avenue of the Stars to look at the excellent laser show which lights up the Hong Kong skyline every night. The next day our guide took us to the Ocean Park, which is an excellent theme park and had excellent rides and attractions. The evening we spent shopping int he streets of Hong Kong. The third day of our tour, Sahara Global had organised for us to check in into the Disney Hollywood Hotel which is one of the best hotels in Hong Kong. We visited the Disney Park that day and after the same we relaxed in the excellent rooms of the Disney Hollywood Hotel. The fourth day took us to Macao and to one of the finest experiences of our lives as we were checked in into one of the best hotels available this side of the world i.e. The Venetian Macao. If I start describing the hotel starting from the suite booked for us to the the lobby or the world's largest casino to the indoor canal with its beautiful gondolas, it would take me at least two three pages, so it should suffice to say that it is one of the best hotels in the world. Thanks to Aadhar Arora of Sahara Global for suggesting the hotel. Sahara Global put an icing on the cake as I was pleasently surprised on my last night of holiday with an excellent cake and a bouquet to make our trip a memorable one. All in all we felt like VIPs in the Venetian because of Sahara Global. We spent two blissful days in the Venetian Macao and before we knew it our holiday was at an end. Overall I would rate the holiday organised for me and my family by Sahara Global as a 7* experience. My mother was hospitalized on 9th Feb in the Hospital:- Ayushman Hospital (Dwarka) she was admitted in the ICU for 6 days the TPA gave me the Approval of 85,000 at the time of treatment, I paid few amount over above which was paid to me later. The Total amount which was paid by the TPA was 91,000 approx. I am satisfied with the plan and the services provide by the Sahara Care House.

Hi , Sorry for the delayed response. I would like to share our experience with Saharacarehouse's holiday accomodation. We had great experience at Club Mahindra Snowpeaks resort in Manali. The services were upto our expectation, infact in some cases it was beyond our expectation like housekeeping service. We didnt have to ask for any routine service during our stay and it was very comfortable throughout. As promised by Saharacarehouse there were no hidden expenses except whatever was mentioned during the time of booking. I wish Saharacarehouse continues to delight its members through its services. The expense was around Rs 15,000/- for whcih i deposited advance and my treatment started. Suddenly i thought, "why not try the Medical cashless facility as promised in the membership?". To my surprise the nursing home was listed with sahara care. On my request the cashless request was sent by the nursing home and i did not have to pay anything at all for the entire treatment. I am fine now and have returned home and recovering. But that's not all , i can even claim for the cost on medicines and check ups that i would be going through for the next 60 days!! That's fantastic. I even tried the gifting services and for a very small amount of money , i got my gift delivered in in Agartala. the vacation in manali was marvelous, that was my best experience ever. We were in hotel Snow Crest Manor Manali and that was the best hotel on the hill top, the view from the hotel was great, the great majestic Himalaya, we can see the Himalaya from our room, the hospitality was nice, food was good each and everything in the hotel was up to the mark.
i recomand hotel Snow Crest to others to go and feel the diffrence...

Yesterday we return from Manali, i'd like to share our experience in resort. we stay in Club Mahindra Holidays Snowpeaks Resort for 7 nights & 8 Days(02/02/2009 to 09/02/2009). it was a Gold crown property in manali & it also maintains its image. location of Resort was nice, everyday in morning we saw mountains with fully covered by snow in our window. mountains were so close to us. by the grace of god there was a heavy snowfall on 06/02/2009 from morning till evening. we enjoyed it a lot, specially my son JOY was very happy in snow. hospitality of resort was very good, staff was very cooperative and friendly. every evening there was different kind of activities being done in resort like couple dance, DJ, Games for all family, Movies, Local Cultural Pragramme etc. room services was very quick and just great. so it was a great experience for me and my family even by the end of day we wish to stay some more days. next year we defiantly will go some other place in resort from sahara care house. This has reference to the booking you made for us in Country Inn, Bhimtal for 7 nights from 24th Nov night to 30th Nov night. Just wanted to give you feedback about the property and share my experience. We stayed there for 6 nights and didn't feel like coming back, though it always happens after all vacations. The property is an excellent property and the kind of services they provide are by any standards not inferior to any 7 star property of a Metro. The best thing i found was customer oriented attitude of the staff, more specifically can mention about Concierge, House keeping and Fun Ranger staff attitude. Cleanliness and customer satisfaction looks like their prime importance. The property can be rated very high on safety standards. I would recommend every one to at least stay there for once and experience the nature and feel like spending a week in heaven on earth. On a lighter note, now that you have spoilt us, we would disturb you more in future with more such booking requests. Regards Amit Gupta
