Code Of Conducts For Network Members

Following are the Code of Conduct for the Members, which they should always adhere to in addition to their obligations under the “Sahara Care Membership Agreement, however, the Company holds the right to take any action as it deems fit, including without limitation, warning, forthwith suspension and/or forthwith termination of the membership of defaulting individual in accordance to "Sahara Care Membership";
  • Member should not act against the interest of the Company or any other member;

  • Member should not engage in any other multi-level marketing/ network marketing company or similar schemes with a competitor of the Company;

  • If the Member is engaged, directly or indirectly, in any other multi-level marketing/ network marketing company or similar schemes and is found to be using, including without limitation, the name of the Company, Services, Products, any other information or material provided by the Company to the Member for such network marketing or scheme;

  • If the Member is found to be guilty of fraud and/or misrepresentation including without limitation by making false promises to a existing or potential applicant/member;

  • If the Member is found to have given false and/or incorrect information in the Application Documents;

  • If the Member is found to be promoting competitors business, offers, schemes etc among the existing members of the Company and/ or uses Company resources in promoting the competitors business, offers, schemes etc.

  • Any defect or inaccuracy in the Representations and Warranties contained herein, if any such Representation and Warranty is found to be untrue, inaccurate or misleading and if any such Representation and Warranty adversely affects the rights, of the Company or any other I.R. who introduced the Member or is so material that the Company or I.R. who introduced the Member would not have entered into this Agreement; and

  • Failure by the Member to perform or comply with any of the covenants, conditions, undertakings or agreements agreed to be performed by the Member as contained in this Agreement.

  • If the Member is engaged, directly or indirectly without the authority of the Company is found to be using and/or exploiting, including without limitation, the name of the Company, Services, Trade Marks, Logos, Designs (either registered or proposed) Products, any other information or material provided by the Company to the Member for such network marketing or scheme;

  • If any Member is found guilty of re-introducing/fleecing/trying to fleece by giving any false promises or any other way, any person who has already joined the company through another Member and makes such person join with him he will be terminated.

  • Cross Linings are not allowed
    If any member is found to be involved in Cross Lining. Cross Lining is defined as making an already joined member join in another network apart from his own downline. In such a case the ID of the introducer and the person so introduced will be blocked and other suitable action may be initiated.
  • If the Member institute any suit, claim, litigation, complaint against the Company or its successors, affiliates and/or assigns,
