Steps To Apply for Pay Direct Card: |

(1) Download the IDBI Direct Pay Card Application Form. |

(2) Please refer to Specimen Copy of the Application how to be filled.
|

| |
(3) Kindly affix 1 Passport size photograph on the form downloaded from the website.

(4) Fill all the Details asked in the “For Individual Applicant”.
